Solar Shower Decon/Recon-struction
Come work with our PLG lead builders to deconstuct our old broken down solar shower and rebuild a new solar shower to be utilized by our longer term volunteers and Hip Campers! Volunteers will be guided on how to de/re-construct the solar shower, as well as, work on a privacy barrier of woven bamboo walls using the ancient technique of wattle. We will have all the necessary tools to complete this project, including gloves, hand saws, hand snips, sledge and the dibble bar. Come learn a new skill or two and create a much needed addition to the farm!
