Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Corporate Social Responsibility is the belief that businesses have a responsibility to positively contribute to their society. This can come in many forms, including Philanthropic Responsibility. Some businesses choose to give to a nonprofit, others chosse to support their employees through volunteerism, and many choose both!

Here at United Way of Lane County, we are committed to help you and your business achieve your CSR goals to positively impact our community in Lane County.

How can we help with your CSR goals?

  1. Volunteerism!

    • Check out our current volunteer opportunities to find an opportunity for your team.

    • Don't see an opportunity that will fit your needs? Contact our Volunteer Engagement Coordinator, Emilyn Bell, at ebell@unitedwaylane.org and ask about setting up a project for your team.

  2. Run a Workplace Campaign

    • Give your employees the opportunity to give back to their community by running a workplace campaign. Employees can give directly from their paychecks, making it easy for both them and you!

    • Contact Travis Evans, Corporate Engagement Manager, at tevans@unitedwaylane.org to learn more!

  3. Make a Corporate Gift

    • Give back to your community by donating in the name of your business. Show that your business knows what it means to be an active member in positively impacting Lane County!
